We ask that you please call the 709-786-3355 to book your spot, if no answer leave a brief message with name, phone number and purpose of your call. We try our best but Facebook comments regarding bookings, may be missed. Please be advised that there is no one in the Tearoom after 4:30 pm, so your call and FB message won’t be answered until the next day.

IMPORTANT: If you make a reservation and decide to cancel please make sure that you call the Tearoom by Saturday 3 pm. If you find on Sunday morning you have to cancel please call the Tearoom asap and let them know. We have had a number of people who book and don’t show up. This would allow drop-ins to take your place.

To avoid confusion we have change Senior to Small this means anyone can order a smaller version! Just make sure that you let the staff know when ordering.

 Wharf to Table – Port de Grave signage is now going up around the harbour 

Visitors and locals can now scan the QR code with their phone camera to quickly join the group and see what seafood may be available directly from local harvesters in Port de Grave.

If you’re a harvester, this is a reminder to refresh or comment on your seafood posts regularly to help keep them visible in the group feed so they don’t get missed 

The more active the group becomes, the more people will continue checking it for fresh local seafood.

Thank you as well to everyone who reached out offering to put up posters at local businesses and locations. We are currently waiting on another round of posters to be printed and will get them dropped off as soon as they’re ready.

The Port de Grave Peninsula Heritage Society will be holding a dinner and an auction in aid of the Memorial Garden in Ship Cove located on the Port de Grave Peninsula. Please make plans to join us for an evening of great food and great auction items in support of this major project. Location of the Memorial Garden is just past St. Luke’s Hall.
